Replace the logo.png file in your user path, here:

C:\Users\[username]\Documents\SambaPOS4\images\logo.png

Yes, what @QMcKay suggested should work. I had the same problem at first, you have to drop your logo in both folder locations in order for it to change.

The documents directory should get priority if there is a logo.png there it will be used first.
