Blank ticket view popups up after executing automation command on ticket

I’ve encountered this before, but it was solved by having the command set to “Execute Once”, but not this time.

Rule debugger shows the automation is executed only once.

The rule for the automation voids orders, sets gstatus, cancels payments, and then executes an automation command that then clears calculations and sets final ticket states.

The main menu button works even though it shouldn’t when the ticket view is active.

I don’t know what else to check.




When I remove the values from the automation command the issue does not occur.
