Call logs from 2019 is being sent right now?

Hi everyone,

Tried to email the support@sambapos.com
But apparently mail could not be delivered.

One of my clients is receiving call logs from 2019 in their email for some reason.
They would like to know:

1 why is it happening?
2 can this be turned off?
3 can the logs be deleted?

What do you mean call logs? We don’t have a feature with call logs. Can you explain better.

Is there some sort of outage? I couldn’t get cp.sambapos.com to load for about an hour. It’s up now, but I still can’t log into apidoc.sambapos.com. Nor will it send the password recovery email…

Just FYI.

Seems to be working fine. I was able to login to both.

@mehmet I dont know about call logs. Can you help him?

I’m investigating this on our mail server, I’ve attached some additional logs, I’ll check to see if it’s an old one.
I will inform you again.

Why couldn’t you send an e-mail to support@sambapos.com.
Did you get an error? Can you tell me?
We actively use it every day.

There are no deductions.
Whichever country you are in you?
Let me check through the CDN.
In such cases, if you send an e-mail to support@sambapos.com, you can get a much faster return.

I also tried apidoc.sambapos.com again. it also seems normal. Can you try again please?

As far as we can tell there has been no issues with our support email. I am sure Mehmet will figure out your problem with the logs.
