Caller ID Pop up Location V4

It is possible to move caller ID pop up at left side of the screen? There is an empty space on left, it is surely useful to move it on left.

Any possibility in Version 4?

Pretty sure it’s fixed to the right, even in V5

V4 is now old and outdated and won’t receive anymore updates, so this won’t be doable
