Can I change the program language into Arabic localization or can I buy?
At the moment i dont think you can no. you can however create your own buttons, products etc in your own language but all the hard coded buttons cannot be changed
There is no multi-language support in SambaPOS4. Like @rickh said you can change the buttons and menu items and various other things to your language by editing them manually one by one. It is time consuming and some what involved but it is the only way currently.

While we can not change the entire program via translation you can change just about all of the buttons on the POS to your language.
