I currently manage a small diner and we only use a single register. People come up front to pay in an old school cash register. I’m not interested in updating this method at this time, but I am interested in updating our Ordering system. I fell in love with the UI for entering orders and I’ve been so excited to set it up. But I’m hitting a dead end and I’m unsure if I can get it to work for my needs. I would essentially love if bills could be printed with “balance due” but essentially close out/settle the order entirely from the tables. I am not familiar with Samba but I’ve been tinkering with the demo and I feel like it should be possible, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to configure this to work properly. I feel like I’m creating a bit of a mess with different commands and automations causing some glitching. Has anyone use Samba this way/ is it possible?
