Can not merge ticket

hi emre
everything run smooth at our 1st opening with sambapos4 (4.1.11), but i have a case cant merge ticket, its says “cant merge this table contain calculation”
what i must to do to fix this ?

You can’t merge two tickets if they contains calculations since merging them may lead to a wrong calculation result. What kind of a calculation you have in your tickets?

i think it’s services and tax calculation…

in my case is the 10% service charge… wich should not make any problems…

OK. I’ll check calculations and if all tickets contains same rate calculations I’ll permit merge.

OK. Next release should handle merges fine for some common cases.

i dont know why the merge ticket button is disabled

Because no ticket is selected. Choose tickets by clicking on ticket numbers.
