Cannot Set Up CTI Meteor Plus Caller ID

Continuing the discussion from Cannot set-up Caller ID:

Hi @emre I am facing similar issue with my caller id. Here is my putty out put

when I use Match Patterns suggested by @emre (which is .{5}(.{9}) ), I get two pop ups one displaying date and time and other phone number withg last number missing. Snapshot of two pop ups is in following picture.

How can I set sambapos to display only one popup only with complete number. My caller id is CTI Meteor Plus Caller ID(http://www.crucible-technologies.co.uk/products/WEB-MP)

You can try this pattern if phone numbers always ends with : char as you showed on the screen shot.

@emre Problem is that it generate random characters right after the complete number, not fixed character (:). I tried this pattern anyway but it didn’t work, so could you please devise me another pattern or any other way?
