Can't Navigate to Ticket in Ticket Lister

Hi all-

I’m having trouble finding a searchable answer to this issue, so I figured I would post a new question.

I have a Entity Screen set up to display a ticket lister widget. I have successfully filtered the types of tickets I want on the Ticket Lister, however when I select them I can’t figure out for the life of me how to get my screen to navigate to that (already open) ticket! Can someone help? It seems to just highlight the ticket, but not do anything, and there is no available automation command for “Display Selected Ticket” like I’ve seen in some V4 issues.

Either copy and adjust, or take some settings from :slight_smile:
