Cash drawer didnt open

hi there, can anyone help me how to assign automatically to open the cash drawer when the print bill is pressed or closing the payment? printer setting have already set to “cash drawer open when printing”

Cash drawer open only on cash payment

i would like for the cash drawer to open only on a cash transaction. i do not want the cash drawer to open on a credit card transaction. open on split cash and credit transaction. example: customer total is $10 . $5 is given in cash first. opens drawer.

You need to find your printers cash drawer kick code.
I believe the driver options are only utilized if using windows printer mode or printing from windows iteself and that ESCPOS mode bypasses these hence the XCT codes.

You then either add the kick code in XCT line on template or best way to to make a separate template and print job so it can go after the receipt print or anywhere you want like no sale button, cash payment rule etc.
