Change department before take order

I had this issue cuz i have eat in, pick up and delivery system. Please follow JohnS steps.

now i set up one department with 3 different type of ticket to track sales in report. (Change ticket type)

How to Transfer ticket from one department to another?

Hi If any one know how to transfer ticket from one department (Pickup) to another department (delivery)? and vise versa ? when customer change their mind than I need this.
