Change screen disappeared

i seem to have lost the change due screen when a customer pays how to i re-enable this?

What type of screen did you have? an ask question prompt? popup message? shell title?
Either was these would be a custom setup rather than a default samba feature so its not a case of enable/disable.
Some more info would be helpful, what else have you changed recently?

Is it immediately closing payment screen?

yes it’s immediately closing the payment screen before it showed change due like this

Look at payment processed rule. Did you put close ticket action there?

yeah there was a close ticket there silly mistake to make cheers for help
