Change the default entity display for customers in a select ticket department

I’d like the select ticket screen to show the address and other account information rather than just the phone number. I’ve updated the entity to display name, address, phone in the actual ticket, and this works very well:

However, in the select ticket view, I just have the order# and phone#.

I am probably wrong but dont ticket tags show there aswell?
Sorry am not at the PC to confirm that just a thought.

The display of Ticket List is hard-coded, so you cannot change what is displayed there. It displays the following (V5):

  • Entity Name(s) (Primary Field only)
  • Ticket Tag(s)
  • Ticket Note
