Changing order state from kitchen screen

Sorry if this has already been asked.

I have set up Kitchen Screen. (Screenshot attached) but for the oder to dissapear off the screen front of house staff need to execute ‘print bill’

Is there a way for kitchen staff to change the status of the order to ‘ready or dispatched from kitchen’ from the order screen by putting a button on the screen selecting the order and clicking the button?

Kitchen staff only have access to the order screen and nothing else.

Hi! I just had a question about this tutorial. If i follow the tutorial exactly as has been mentioned, would it be possible to get the time it to Prepare the order in the Kitchen/Bar and the time it took to serve it?
