Changing Product Group Codes Names

Im sure this has been asked before, but I cant find a answer for the life of me…

When I go into the product list to add or change a product, I see you have product codes ‘Beverages,Breakfasts,Deserts’ and so forth.

Is there any way I can change these names to other categories, like Draught, Spirits, Bottles, Starters, Main Courses and so forth, to match the type of business I am installing into…

Yes, when you add a Product, simply type into the Product Group box any name you wish.

Next time you add a Product, your new Group will show in the list.

The Product Group if freely type-able, the drop down only shown you groups that are currently set for other products
