Clear Database Transaction Issues

I was doing a training with a new client. And we noticed that once we make a clear transaction from the database,
And we start work-period again, all transaction we posted will not reflect in the report page but we the transaction will be seen in tickets with the totals. But in the report section it will be showing like transactions have not been made.

Please what can cause this and what is the solution?

I’m confused by what you mean. When you clear transactions it deletes all data. What do you mean by tickets

Apologies, clear transaction deletes all transactions.

Yes it’s designed to clear all transactions. What is your question? When you clear all transactions of course they will not show in reports anymore because they no longer exist.
