Clear Go Tablet License

Hi,

How do i make my go tablet license inactive?

I installed it on one device to test as the devices we use were all in use. Now i need to install it on the ipad to enable menu but it keeps showing me.

Error Code 410: There is not any inactive license.

Steps done so far

  1. Clear Tablets and menu from toffice
  2. Clear keys and reactivate
  3. Restart Message Server

No luck yet.

Thanks for your help. Clearing the keys again and uninstall the go tablet menu from all devices worked for me.
