Clear license not working

Hi,

I want to clear license because that outlet has closed down, so I can re-use the license in a new outlet in the future

in the PC samba application, i have already samba market > clear licenses > notif showing “clear licenses complete”
in cp.sambapos.com, i have already clicked clear key > notif showing “Successfully cleared keys for your licenses”

However, when I re-open PC samba application, it shows that license is still connected to samba

What should I do to clear the license correctly?

You must purchase a new license for a new location. The license will stay with that location. You can’t recycle licenses and move them.

I moved my license many times from site to site and the clear license works but suddenly now I can and it shows as Bobotto mentioned !!

there is no way to clear and add a new one?
