On our current system we have many people who run monthly Customer Tabs. I see the option to add customers but when I go to clock out for the day it says I cannot unless the tabs are closed.
Is there a way to avoid that where employees can clock in and out for recording time but leave a Customer’s tab open?
Don’t you use “Pre-Order Tickets”?
or as we do it at our Restaurant, we settle the Customer bill under “Customer Account” that way the bill can’t be edited by another employee (We don’t use the function “Re-open closed Tickets”
Seccond that, use accounts and do it properly. Don’t fall into the allure of the seeming simple preorder option, it’s not setup for this - accounts is.
