When we create a new ticket by cloning an exisitng one, it would be great if we could have additional options so we can choose to clone the states and tags for the ticket.

And the NOTE … 
I did the NOTE as a separate topic because I think it would also be usful to have a new action to set the NOTE (we already have actions to set tags and states).
