Close button no longer submit orders and change status

Good day,

Thank you for the great forum. Please assist me into restoring the close button function. I am unsure what broke it but It will no longer submit an order when I place a new order on a ticket. Please have a look at the screensots below:

Placing a new order and clicking close

Opening the same tble again and nothing has changed

Some of the settings. Not sure what else to display

Please assist me with this issue.

Need to see the Rule(s) for the Events of:

Before Ticket Closing
Ticket Closing

Be sure to expand the Actions in the Rules…
