Close ticket button with ticket tag

i make ticket tag for collect options(delivery/collection/eat in)
when i press close button i want to see ticket tag on screen. i need to choose order type before close ticket

In your ticket tag settings turn on the option to make selection required.

i allready did it but it doesnt work when i close ticket no ask

If you did ido that then it won’t let you close a ticket without it. Can you provide some screenshots of your ticket tag settings and maybe a video?

It should come up with a message saying “ticket tag x cannot be empty”
