My previous help topic was to get a custom print template for an admission ticket printed when the bill was paid which I have now got working perfectly thanks.,
I have now added that menu item to a family ticket Menu item as part of a combo using Order Tags.
While my combo works and it adds all the individual parts of the family ticket (of which one is the admission ticket mentioned above) it will not trigger the print for the admission ticket that is included in the combo,
I am assuming its because its part of the combo item and not a line item itself and so uses the tag name rather than the actual menu item name .
Now I have a workaround which is to create a new custom ticket for “family ticket” which would then just print out a few different tickets as its own template but I am just wondering if it possible to do it by just adding items as part of a combo.
I have seen in one post that 5.1.62 was supposed to have a different way of doing combos but I cant find anything else about it, That may have worked using the original custom prints from the menu items added,
