Looks like your character count is too high but that margin suggests your using HTML template?

Template Windows and not HTML template

Edit printer and decrease character count to 25. As we can see from separators just 25 = characters fits.

I counted them but what size printer is 25?
58mm works out at 32 at 00 size and 80mm has 42 at 00.

I think he use printer type: Windows Printer they is why. I don’t think printer have Arabic lanuage so he use Windows Printer.

my 2cents is that he might need to adjust the character set to utf8 or windows 1256 or iso-8859-6 and play with the line character count

can you please post your printer template here ?
We also use Arabic but I noticed that some of the letters on your receipt are printed correct and others didnt
