Crash on HP Stream 7

Just buy used Stream 7 last night then install 5.1.54. Dont know why only crash on HP Stream 7 when open close ticket. Same ticket can be opened on another desktop.

Revert back to 5.1.53, still crash so, it’s not relate to 5.1.54.
I think some of my rule can’t catch new terminal thing so, it try to open new ticket after close so, it causing crash.

Never very good at interpenetrating the error codes but that to me suggests its something account transaction replaced.

Is the date format on that machine same as previous one? Have any date based settings. Had some weird behavour when working on my tablet as date format was different to desktop (US vs UK) but had some date based expressions in constraints,

Same ticket can be opened on other machine which is weird.
Before it crash I saw new ticket open.

Hmm I will check.

Stupid Windows 8.1 has no remote desktop on Stream 7. I will install teamviwer and turn on rule debugger. 7" too small to do debugging

EDIT: Arrh, Rule debugger doesn’t work in case of crash.
It’s not about machine, it is about new terminal I create. It work fine if I change terminal that was setup long time ago. On desktop if I change local setting to new terminal that just create, it will crash too.

Any ideas?

It tries printing ticket but it can’t as ticket is closed and database connection dropped. I’m not sure which magical rule combination can cause this.

what function do you have that use terminal name? Check your program settings table, maybe you have used that terminal name before and is triggering an old rule which has layed dormant as no terminals with that name…
What happens if you choose a random terminal name?
