sambapos crashes every time i open the table on a new department

Looks like account transaction is messed up but I’m not that good at reading errors. BTW why did you hijack my post with unrelated crash? You should start your own post.

I split muthoga’s posts from Kendash’s Topic to a new one, as it should be.

When did you open Department ? New or coming with SambaPOS

So sorry man, you always advocate against opening many related posts.so, i thought we can share the topic.
BTW i have not set up the account transaction, I suspect this could be issues with entities and the mapping
I want to restrict bar from accessing restaurant tables, hence i had chosen to do this with ticket types ,terminal mapping and user rightsstrong text

i have opened new departments ,bar and restaurant

Please check all settings twice while opening new departments.
But still got error you can send me a db backup for looking what is wrong

I created new department called bar and restaurant with tickets types for bar and restaurant. I also created new entities ,that is i have tables for the bar and restaurant.
The motive was to restrict sales as per the department, plus i didnt want to mix up tables for the bar and the restaurant

Yes but that was not related. Anyway we can find you a solution hopefully. Looks like accounts linked to entities might be your issue. A misconfiguration.

Thankyou so much, appreciated. I have realized that i am able to close one table. Everytime i try to settle this table the system crashes, check the atta

You have an issue with that entities balance. So what you’re saying is that you can open tables just fine but one specific table with entity assigned is crashing?

Yes it’s a busy table, you try to settle that table the systems crashes. How do I clear this table though

Is there some reason the Table has an attached Account?

Edit the “problem” Table Entity and remove it’s Account from it’s configuration.

Kind regards, will check on this tomorrow morning
