Is it possible to quickly create a backup POS from a working networked system. I would just like to have a backup POS in case my network or server ever goes down.
Possibly create a new standalone installation using a back up of my existing system?

Backup the Database.
Optionally save the DB backup to a thumb-drive or NAS.
Restore the DB on another machine that has a SQL Express installation and a SambaPOS installation.
