So there is no need to keep order tagged. Use Untag Order action to remove tag.

Earlier in the post you said too many clicks. See how many clicks for you doing this way. Maybe 3 clicks + 1 type PER SEAT + 1 more for each order more per seat. 10 seats 20 orders you looking at over 40 clicks just for set seat number.

But it is good for learning. I don’t think you will end up with this setup.

This way you learn fast.

BTW, I can see this way of tagging and setting stage will be useful for someone that want to print label for customer by name which cannot use pre-defined buttons. Once or twice a year I get customer asking to label the dishes by name of person who order.

Order tagged works but want to hide tax !!

You must have missed where I said:
