Hi team! i would like to know, is it possible or not to create password for double Confirm the order? because sometime i accidently pressed CLOSE ticket botton, the ticket has printed out to kitchen, so it’s make us confused about that!

You can achieve what you want by applying Confirmation or Admin Pin option to the Close Ticket Automation Command (Close Button);
Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Automation Commands > Close Ticket > General Settings > Confirmation > Here select either Confirmation or Admin Pin option and then click on Save button.
