Hi, I have bought CTI COMENT USB Caller ID and trying to test with Putty but it’s not working and not working on Sambapos either. Could anyone please help me?

Step by Step Guidance on setting up Caller ID Feature

Thank you for your response. it’s working now but it’s just showing mobile number but not showing customer name. Where I need to change? thank you

You need to add customer name filed in the customer Entity. see below example
