Custom Report Help Hourly Sales

Hi Guys,

First things first would like to thank everybody for there help so far Ive managed to implement Sambapos across a holiday park spread over 8 terminals 2 kitchens and 3 bars. So far no problems and the staff are finding it a doddle to use.

Now the old EPOS system the site used generated an hourly sales per department report showing the amount of sales made between 10 - 11 am etc.

How would I configure Sambapos to generate the same reports?? Is it possible??

I would need this to be put very simply as I am not very familiar with the SQL side of things.
