You can change the size in reports. Have you tried that?

The problem is because you are using non-Latin characters for your language and it really messes up anything that prints with ESC/POS.
I think I partly solved this before by changing the printer type used for printing reports from ESC/POS to Windows Printer. But that may also introduce other issues, however is worth trying.
So can we Split Printer ?
