I was trying to get the account statement working by Qmckay:

But after I import the db tools everything is working good except Print account statement:
Did you follow the tutorial? The import file does not contain everything there are some things you need to setup.

Yes I tried everything but see why Account statement template is not showing any preview?
but my report is showing good

Likely it wont show a preview because it does not have an entity to load. Did you try printing it from the actual screen? Instead of using [ENTITY] at top try using [LAYOUT]
Preview function only previews last created ticket.
