Customer accounts appears on Ticket area

I use both customer accounts and cash to settle bills depending on how we relate with a particular customer.
After upgrading my system to the latest release, I have started noting this strange behaviour whereby the customer accounts will appear on the ticket area thus hindering me to view the ticket, or rather being forced to select the customer account for me to proceed with the sale.

How can i solve this issue

Check your ticket type, sounds like it’s set to select entity instead of create ticket

Select entity will force you to select a table or customer depending on what entity is set

Create ticket will take you straight to the pos screen

Pretty sure those settings are in the ticket type settings
