Customer Display Total Amount

Hello
i have installed a Customer display and created all others (rules, actions etc…) it is working well. I have in Pole Items Template
following setting:

[LAYOUT]
{ORDERS}
Total: {TICKET TOTAL}
[ORDERS]
{QUANTITY} {NAME} |:| {TOTAL AMOUNT}

It shows me “Total” sometimes on first line of Customer Display and sometimes on second line.

Has someone any experience about this?

Have you set correct charicter width on the printer?
Also when pasting templates you need to highlight and click the code button so can see formatting tags.

If you meant in Printer Setup , I have = Line Count: 2
and Line Character Count: 20 It must be correct.

Don’t know your display but 20 is about normal.

Said can’t see formatting, when pasting template you need to highlight and click code so goum shows format tags.
