Customer Last Order and Re-Open Last Open

Hi. I’m trying to Create a Rule
That will show me the last order of the customer entity selected.
How can I make it so that when I choose an Existing Customer I could automatically receive details of the last order that he performed such as date, time, order items and the amount paid.

and how to Re-open this last order please help

You need v4 to do this.

I think it is not possible in version 3 you need to upgrade to version 4 in order to implement this.
