Sure we can work that out.
Refresh my memory as long time since did this video.
What events are triggering an update of the points state?
If nothing else you could have an points refresh on a manual automation command.
I added an extra rule on ticket opening to resolve this in my setup.
Apologies for the phone pic - using terminal on bar and mobile.
Obviously make sure the state value in the action matches what you have used in the other rule you already have setup for ticket total changed.
Also ignore the gift card constraint that is unique to my setup
yeahh i thought that too but would be better if its automaticly
the point is when i move/split the orders then the splited one are ok, but the old one dont changedâŠ
i think ticket opened event dont will change thatâŠ
Try it first
Ticket opened is what occurs when you open a stored ticket - therefore when you reopen the original ticket it will update the points.
Ticket created would be for a brand new ticket only.
Ticket opened would update when you went back to the original ticket.
Opened would update every time any ticket was opened. Wouldnât hurt but 99% of the time wouldnât change anything.
In the move automation probably wouldnât help since itâs either going to be triggered before actual move or on new ticket at a guess but would have to test.
Ticket total changed would be other main event to try. But would have though I would have used that over order added to catch cancels.
