From where in the settings i can change those buttons name and actions and also how can i add 2 more buttons ?

You cannot change the buttons outlined in Red, nor can you change their functions. And you cannot add more buttons to that screen.
You should be able to change the word “Customer” since that is the name of an Entity.
You could design your own Customer Entity Screen and place an Entity Search Widget on the screen to add more buttons and functionality, but the “Search” view mode cannot be changed.
