Customer Ticketing System

Hi guys,

I am making a lot of changes as a reseller on how I approach my clients and how I deal with their requests for 2020. So far most of it is done over Instant Messaging like WhatsUp, Line etc.

The more clients I have the more requests I get and sometime its a bit stressful to go through all the messages to figure out what else needs to be done. I’ve been looking for something that I can install on client’s servers and/or their phones through which they can send me requests.

I already googled some Ticketing Systems and installed few but it all looks very similar but lacks one very important thing. Reports. I know I am not going to get a free version of such software with reports but I am happy if you guys could give me your recommendations to try out.
