My Kitchen orders printout cuts after the last item. If there are only a few items on the ticket, then the printout is easy to misplace due to its short length (and therefore extremely small size). Is there a way to instruct printer to cut the paper only on length greater than a specific value?

You can add <C00> to bottom of ticket… add it 2 or 3 times… it will print an empty line basically giving you more length… problem is it will do that for every print even larger orders. There might be a better solution but this is all I know right now.

The placement of the cut (and feed) is controlled by the Driver. What @Jesse is suggesting is to add extra empty lines at the beginning and/or end of your Template.
