Default values in dialog box

Continuing the discussion from [New 4.1.7] Asking Action Parameter Values:

When we click that a dialog box appears.

I can type a discount rate between 1 to 10. Also I can type a discount reason.

Is it possible to define default values that will be displayed on these type of dialogs?

For example, I would like the previous dialog to display:

Discount Rate: 5
Discount Reason: Frequent client

by default.
