How did you use deliverer? as Entity or Ticket tag?

Here deliverer is ticket tag
Now as Entity

[Delivery Charge by Deliverer:3, 1]
@{TICKET TAG LIST:DELIVERER}
>Deliverer|Charges
$1|{REPORT CALCULATION TOTAL:(CT=Delivery Service) and (TT.DELIVERER=$1)}

Is tag identical, ie all caps?

Your reporting ticket tag, is you ticket tag setup identical? I all capitals spelt same?
