This is a Report that I use in daily basis. This helps me to know what has been sold and can be drilled down from totals by grupo to individual menuItems.

This is the report:

[!Totales por Grupo con TAGS):2,2,2, 1, 1,1]
>Grupo|Porcion|MenuItemName|[N]Cantidad|[C]Total|Status
{REPORT ORDER DETAILS:O.ItemGroup,O.PortionName,O.MenuItemName,O.Quantity,O.Total,OS.GStatus}

This is the configuration file that should be uploaded to the database with database tools:
ItemsxGrupo.zip (1.2 KB)

Hi ,I followed the tutorial Create Item sale report by Cazz and achieved the kind of reports that i needed. I only added the tag to select the department (DE=Bar)

[Sales:1,2,1,1]
>Item Group|Item|[N]Quantity|[C]Total
{REPORT ORDER DETAILS:O.ItemGroup,O.MenuItemName,O.Quantity,O.TotalPrice:(DE=Bar)}

later i used pivot tables to achieve the results as below

Thanks for the tutorial and i will be keen while using the @mentioning feature.
