I deployed a second terminal in my restaurant and created a second department (one for the indoor dining & the second for the outdoor dining). problem is the department are greyed out and i cant switch between both even though i’m an admin with cahnge department settings. i’ve tried everything to no avail and it’s driving me nuts, Pls help!
Manage > Users > User Roles > edit user roles > assign which ones can access which department, and whether they can switch between
When you create a ticket, department gets assigned to ticket. No matter from where you input new orders, this Department will stay on the ticket as is. If you plan on reporting by department, you’ll likely find non-aligned numbers.
Fixed. Work Period wasn’t started & that’s why it was greyed out. Thanks all
