Disable collection and menu

Hi Guys Thanks for you support ,I was wondering if i want to Disable collection and menu ,What do i have to do.i want just use save customer deatls and have keep google map @Jesse

as you can see i delete menu but i can not only print customer phone number and address

you show that in the Entity Types, Display Format i think? You add like Name: {ENTITY NAME}<br />Age: {ENTITY DATA:Age}<br />Address: {ENTITY DATA:Address}

to print it you will need to create a receipt template.

You cant display anything else of the right apart from the menu

edit: i just noticed its v4 what I have written above may not apply to this version
