We have customers need a discount on drinks menu 10% and 5% service charge, but 5% service charge is calculated with the original price. so what should we do in SambaPOS and show on the bill like in the picture below. Thanks
You would need to use a fixed price discount and automate it to update based on say geoupcode or custom product tag.
I have this on my setup as do 10% drink and 20% food discount for locals.
The discount is automated update on ticket total change and few other events.
Pretty sure I put on forum somewhere.
As for service charge you would need to test and posibly do similar as above with math to calculate the charge based on calculated discount off total.
