Display ticket list by Entity

Is there a way to display ticket list by entity?

I need to track list of tickets assigned to specific driver(entity) for particular work period. any help are appreciated.

I’ve looked around forum and not sure I can find the custom task you’re referring to. I’d really appreciate it if you can share a link or elaborate how I’d go about implementing it
