As an admin, on the PC screen I can see all the ticket tags associated with an item, however I would like this information to be visible to the cashier as well. I have looked in the permissions settings for the cashier and none of these seem to help. Can anybody tell me if this is possible and if so, how do I do it?
Apologies for the slow reply, first chance I have had to try your solution. We already had a discount state, checking the “Show on ticket” was the answer. Thanks for your help.
