As an admin, on the PC screen I can see all the ticket tags associated with an item, however I would like this information to be visible to the cashier as well. I have looked in the permissions settings for the cashier and none of these seem to help. Can anybody tell me if this is possible and if so, how do I do it?

Cashier sees this, i.e no DISCOUNT or HH tag
what you are talking about is not ticket tags is actually order states
if you want it to to be visible to the cashier then you have to Go under States and then create it under Order State
for Discount create another one and name it Discount and make sure Show on Ticket is Ticked
Apologies for the slow reply, first chance I have had to try your solution. We already had a discount state, checking the “Show on ticket” was the answer. Thanks for your help.
