Is there any way to force the Ticket Lister widget into displaying pre-order tickets without orders? (Remaining amount would be zero)
I am trying to use tickets for reservations but many reservations do not have orders in advance so I am storing date, client and table data in the ticket
The Ticket Lister widget that I am using displays the reservation tickets that have orders but ignores those without orders
Default automation marks ticket closed when balance is 0, have you adapted flow to hold a 0 balance ticket open?
When i did a basic table reservation system on my setup i added a reserved state and contrained the mark ticket closed automation to not happen for that state and another rule to change that state once orders added to then drop it back in default flow.
I would just add a placeholder item. Call it Preorder Ticket.
