Dojo/Payment Sense Integration

Hi guys,
Having a small issue with the dojo/ payment sense. The card machine is integrated properly as the PDQ automatically comes up. When we go to do a card transaction though the screen displays transaction started and next thing should be present card but that is not coming up. I am on call to dojo support but would anyone know the reason as to why it is not working. The epos is running version 5.7.14 and we have reintegrated it and restarted the epos and done every viable solution but still no success. Would anyone know any other possible causes or things to try troubleshoot it ?

If it says “Transaction Started,” it means we sent the transaction to the device.
What did Dojo say about this?

Thanks for letting me know that, I thought it would be sending the signal if it said transaction started.
Well they sent a payment through the cloud to their card machine and it worked. Then today they integrated one of their machines to the card machine and sent a payment through but it did not display on the card machine so should be an issue from their side which they said they will check. will keep you updated.
